401 was a pain, even on easy.  It got better once I grappled the OBSS on the other shuttle, but some of the EVA trigger points got me.  One where I had to be near the elbow joint of the RMS I couldn't get for a while, then I got it on accident by moving INTO the RMS!  That was a good laugh.

 :o

Have to be careful on 401.  Would hate to have NASA need to send a resuce mission for a failed rescue mission.  If that had happened, we would certainly not be talking about the end of the Shuttle now, as it would have been grounded two years ago.

LOL! You could've used the "reveal trigger zones" cheat ;)

@Cras - No kidding there!  At that rate all the shuttles would be stranded up there, then what?  Thankfully we've never needed a rescue.

@Admin - That's true, but I actually didn't even know about that until I was halfway through the missions on hard :)

In that case, no joy. The cheat does not work anyway on the HIGH setting.

That's why it is called "HIGH" difficulty :P

Agreed :)  I hope in SSMS2 there will be something to show the level it was completed on, like 3 stars or something.  Glad to say I never had any problems with the RMS or landing :D

If you had no issues with landing and RMS ops, then you most probably have the four "P"s necessary for mastering SSMS: Patience, Practice, Perseverence and Precision.

In SSMS2 the achievements system will be radically different ;)
