I don't understand. I have completed STS-1 and in the achievement section, I got a beautiful badge with my astronaut name ;D

where did u start the mission...i started at launch

Started all missions from launch. then I also tried from Saved parts. I completed STS2 got the Hero's welcome but no badge.  :'(
