Resolution change error fix

Since a few people get this resolution change error if not using a common ratio resolution we can provide a small fix here:

Its still in beta, but none of the testers here get this problem but the customers that got the file by mail said it worked fine.
Just install the fix after you have installed the main program and the latest feature patch.
