Just completed STS-8!

I just finished my second successful mission, STS-8. This sim is so addicting that I stay up until odd hours of the night. I immediatly jumped into STS-41C and I am about to save it at 9 minutes before launch. Then I think it would be prudent to get some sleep.

Though as I found out with this sim, plans like that never go according to plan

. Anyway, just thought I would put up some progress. Hopefully I will soon be getting pictures up. I tried hitting a few during STS-8, I just haven't exited to see if they all took yet.

Hollywood I'd be careful with 41C this early into your career, its a tough mission after STS-1 and STS-8. I'd say stick with a couple of the 2 star missions in the mean time until you have a better understanding of the sim. But everyone entitled to their own methods and play style so good luck!

I never noticed that Truly rides all the way to orbit with his right hand on the flight stick. I wonder why.

...or you can do what I did, Hollywood...play all the one star missions on easy setting..LOL

Haha, thanks everyone, I'll say though, I started 41C and yes, it is extremely difficult, I am having an especially hard time recently trying to line up the visual rendezvous. After writing this I plan on taking a look at the training videos, and if I still can't get it, I will probably move on to something different until I can manage those things
