SSM 2007 preview on the German flight simulation website simflight.de

The editor of www.simflight.de, the German sister site of www.simflight.com, has published a preview of SSM2007 after being at it for abut two weeks.

There are a lot of pictures but the text is of course in German.

Marvx - our German Forum Mod has translated the preview conclusion for those of us who do not understand Goethe's tongue yet:

Shuttle fans, beware: The ultimate spaceship simulator is coming up, even if the Space Shuttle will be retired soon.

This preview version is very impressive, but has a different simulation character than PMDG-747 in FS. You are guided through the internal systems very well, but you need to know the procedures yourself to initiate and manage them. Newbies won't be frustrated, because there is guidance. It's fantastic that you learn a lot about the systems when using them, or pressing the appropriate buttons.

The depth of the systems is outstanding for a standalone product and astonished me a lot.

We surely will have lot of fun hours in orbit. Exciting Simulations goal is to develop addons including all Shuttle-Missions.

Space Shuttle Mission 2007? will be available on Christmas 2007 and will cost US$49.95. It can be bought at their website www.space-shuttle-mission.com.
