SSM 2010 - Missions?

Twitter says: "Well, now that STS-100 is out, our focus shifts to the next Service Pack, and of course, SSM2010."

Can you already say which missions you are planning for the initial SSM 2010 version?
Will there be all of the SSM 2007 missions that are published at that time?
Or do you plan with completely different missions (except STS-1 which I would expect in SSM 2010 as well)?
