Found this site when trying to get some info on launch and abort procedures

But actually the original checklists are almost useless in relation to SSM. The real procedures and countdown timelines significantly differ from the procedures of SSM.

In reality the procedures required to control the Shuttle, its systems and guidance is much more complex than using SSM ;)

I've been looking for that page for a few months now. I thought it was on Kennedy's website, major D'oh :)
