I want to take the chance to thank the developers for providing us the first Addon... you enthusiasm and work is surely appreciated by every member of this Community.

I guess SSM2007 may be a the start of a revolution in servicing games.

It's a pleasure for me to be part of that oustanding community

Agreed! The SSM future's so bright I gotta wear a tinted visor.  ;)

"Future so bright....tinted visor"...nice.

Hi everyone, this is my first post. I purchased this game when it was first released and I must say I'm very impressed. The level of detail is beyond any of my expectations. As a kid I always dreamed of being an astronaut and while I may not be an astronaut now, this is certainly the next best thing. The new add-on is great and I would like to thank the dev team for their continued work on the game even after its release. The constant service that's been provided such as frequent patches and ongoing admin comments in the forums has been outstanding. Much  more helpfull than any of the other mass produced games on the market. It also feels like a real community in these forums. I'm always seeing familiar names and people always seem happy to help others who need assistance.

Thanks for the great sim...PeterR

Admin: Which mission would that be?
IIRC, there where eight dedicated DoD missions (STS-51C, 51J, 27R, 28R, 33R, 36, 38 and 39), plus STS-4 and 53 which were not dedicated DoD missions, but carried DoD payloads as well. At the time of their launch, only the payloads of STS-4 and 39 were not classified. (Don't know if any of the others have since been declassified.)

The answer is classified <g>

OV-103

nice!
So we can finally see how "they" look like!
I guess lot's of camera's attached on "them"!

BTW,
congrats as well to the developers and the community,
it really feels that everybody is tweaking this sim by simply reporting minor issue's that can easely be resolved!
Thats why it's really running very smooth I guess!

It's a great experience!

I almost expected an answer like this...  ;D
Anyway, I hope it will be STS-39. ;) I think this would be a good choice, because there is a lot of official information available, as it was unclassified. It also seems to have been a quite complex and interesting mission: Five satellites/spacecraft were deployed, one of them was retrieved later, some RMS operations were involved and some interesting maneuvers were executed in orbit, including one that is affectionally known as the "Malarkey Milkshake". ;D
Well, whatever the new mission will be, I hope it is going to be ready soon, as "the crew" (me) is already impatiently waiting for it. ;)

Admin

Well, it is NOT STS-39. Our mission is still classified <VBG>.

Okay! So, you may take my previous post as an advice for the future...  ;) ;D ;D

Admin

Actually TAKEN! STS-39 seems an interesting and slightly challenging mission too - and on top of everything, also a refreshing time away from docking the ISS and nagging OBSS tasks  ;)
