This is just a curiosity about something well seen in the flight deck photos (and in SSM 3D cabin).

I'm talking about those 7 numbered pouches fixed at the ceiling of the flight deck, in the aft section. What did they contain? What was their use? And what is placed at the end of the metallic cable you can clearly see entering their top side?

I think it's the Sky Genie escape system... basically ropes that can be thrown out of the hatch
