I can assure you, he is not the only one.
My niece (6) and my nephew (just turned 4) are also very fascinated by SSM. They live next door from me, and once in a while one of them or even both come over and ask to see a "rocket launch" or an "astronaut" (= EVA) or a landing.
The little guy sometimes even says he wants to be an astronaut. (I wonder where that comes from...
) At first he could not even say "Space Shuttle" right, he called it "Pace Shuttle". As he was still learning to speak, it seemed difficult for him to pronounce it right, but now he says it right. He remembers that one of the Shuttles is called Atlantis, but he keeps forgetting the other names.
Well, he is also fascinated by the old pirates, so he has not yet decided if he would rather be a pirate or an astronaut.
