Sorry, mate, but it seems like you messed up the time conversion to p.m. a bit:
Sat 15:30 is 03.30 p.m. for PDT
Sat 17:30 is 05.30 p.m. for CDT
Sat 18:30 is 06.30 p.m. for EDT
Sat 22:30 is 10.30 p.m. for UTC (GMT)
Sat 23:30 is 11.30 p.m. for West Europe (London, ...)

For a synced launch time 1 hour and 9 minutes later at 23:39 UTC (19:39 EDT).
Everybody should have NASA-TV online via TV or second computer.
(If you Alt-Tab out of SSM2007 you pause the simulation!)

For those without NASA-TV there should be one person who speaks the countdown (every Minute, T-30sec, T-15sec and the last 10 sec) if necessary.
I can do this as before, but it would be better someone in Florida because of time-lag.

At that time NASA should be at T-49 minutes and counting with two holds to come.
(10 minutes at T-20 and some minutes at T-9)
T-49 at 22:30UTC implies a 10 min hold at T-9 or a different launch time than 23:39 UTC.
We don't know the exact planned duration at T-9 now, but we'll know, when we meet.

I suggest everybody to use STS-117 as this is a Summer launch to the ISS from the same pad and a launch time only 1 minute different from the official STS-127 launch time.

Everybody should be already in sync with NASA or have the simulation paused at T-30 minutes, so we have plenty of time to sync and to discuss how to handle the two holds.

I advise everybody to rehearse the STS-117 launch and have some saves ready
at T-30:00 T-20:00 T-8:30 and T-2:00 minutes.
At least the T-2 minutes save is important, cause from that time on you can just sit and enjoy the launch.

I recommend isntalling this piece of software.

it allows the TS to "project" who is talking on the channel. that would definitely help with the "who is talking" question if you run the TS on the same computer as your SSM.

LOL! Actually it's "only" a Lexus. The Lamb will come when we upgrade this machine to an i7 with Win7 in about 6 months. Meanwhile, we enjoy the leather and smooth ride

Per Pocci: I can do this as before, but it would be better someone in Florida because of time-lag.

I'll take the responsibility of handling the calls from Florida (Orlando) via NASA TV and will coordinate with Pocci on how best to handle this during the sync.

Agreed..... No offense Pocci but he's got a pretty good point. Uri and I once watch a landing "together" and there was major lag. (I'm in Chicago, He's in Israel)
