Man this is gonna be a quick one... I just saved after deploying the imaging radar and decided to next event to the next step to see how far away it would be... *bam* 10 days into the flight time to stow he radar :(... I love the mission though... I will be taking the time to enjoy the scenery since I have 9 days of time to kill lol

Hey Yoti! STS 99 is a very important historical mission, so even this was one of the easiest missions, it was great fun playin it. And if you think that all addon missions are free then i must say thanks to the groundcrew and you all, because the game is just that good as its community

 :D

Yep, STS-99 was a VERY easy mission. But since it contained the longest structure ever deployed in space it is a kind of milestone.
Oh, and if you think it was over to quickly you can always leave your computer on and don't use the NEXT EVENT button for 10 days ;D!!

Yes, STS-99 is an easy and quick mission in the sim. But it was too quick, IMHO!

There are a number of things from the real mission that are missing or that are incorrect in the sim mission:
-Missing OMS assist burn during ascent
-Missing "flycast" maneuver
-Wrong attitude in orbit (should be tail-first instead of nose-first)

These things should have been implemented to make the sim mission more realistic and interesting, I think.

More details and explanations of the above can be found in my post in the "Suggestions" board: http://www.space-shuttle-mission.com/forum/index.php?topic=1688.msg10794#msg10794

Mine says it's deployed but it's still in the cargo bay. Any ideas?

I have the aliment right on the money. Does it deploy by itself or do you have to do something to deploy it?

Ok found the issue. In the mission full it asks for 0, 135 and 90. In the jump to Mission it asks for 0, 139, 90. Reset the full mission to the later setting and now it deploys.

A little tip, set the attititue indicator to LVLH, because you are supposed to orient the shuttle with the payload bay facing towards Earth.
