Reactivation
« on: April 25, 2016, 05:58:57 PM »
Anyone know if they still respond to reactivation requests done via email?

I sent a request a few days ago, but no response so far...

I reactivated mine via email support relatively recently. They were pretty quick at getting back

Mail about reactivation is checked at least once a day.
So depending on wich part of the world you live in it will never take more then 24 hours to get a new key.
The correct address is support@space-shuttle-mission.com.
A couple of years ago Alex had additional mail support@excitingsim.com or newkey@excitingsim.com.
Reactivation requests mailed at the old addresses usually makes it to our support sooner or later, but not as fast as if you use the correct address.

Thanks Admin.  Had given up on the game after not being able to get it to work under my last windows 7 install.  On a whim today I downloaded the Demo on Windows 10 64bit, and holy hell it worked, so this post made it quick and easy to find the activation request e-mail.
