During deorbit phase everytime I enter OPS 301 PRO I burn up, is this a bug or ami doing something wrong? Any suggestions please.

301 is not the end of the deorbit preparations. It's followed by 302, 303, 304. And THEN you should be in good shape for reentry.

Nope.  I'm following all those procedures as well, and am still burning up miserably.

Taking a guess here but it sounds like you are not aligning the shuttle correctly. After the deorbit burn there is a stage after (OPS 303 PRO I think) when you have to orientate the shuttle for reentry. You only need to pitch the shuttle until Pitch reads 281. This clears that message and you proceed into  hydraulics checks. Make sure you let that cycle complete. Other than that I can't think of what else might be causing your burn ups.
