Admin, I don't know what just happened but my hardware ID changed after I ordered

PS: Very strange, the hardware ID shouldn't change unless you physically change something in your PC...

Yes, I'm using vista business if that has any effect.

Vista could be the problem. Another thread very similar not sure if vista related.

I think my Admin mode reports the number in the middle. SSM support sent me a new code for the one in Admin mode but it still rejects it.

Hmm,

I'm using Vista Ultimate 64 - and I'm having the same problems. I've send an e-mail to support.
I'm using an admin account and I've deactivated UAC as well.

I ran the setup from my harddisk - I've got a separate harddisk folder for downloads and purchases.
