Sucks to be the Atlantis crew. Shame the mission is behind schedual now. Will they change the mission order though? As in 125 lifts off after 126?

That's been done.  An article by Chris Bergin at NASASpaceFlight from September 29th broke the story.

They are planning for STS-126 on November 14th, STS-125 on February 12th.  I'm not too sure about STS-119 yet, but probably mid April.
