I hope that you all notice the new cool environmental sounds we've got from "Moonwalker" here (flight deck, mid-deck and SpaceLab, and the additional Shuttle on Launchpad 39B, ready to jump to the rescue in case STS-125 is in danger <g>.
If you also want to practice that rescue mission, you only have to fire STS-401 and have a ball ;). I guess we've covered all the bases here.

Very nice!
Curious, though, if you thought about changing from LON-401 to LON-400, as the mission would have been 400? Just a question, doesn't need action.
I left STS-401 for last mission hoping for STS-125 release, and so now I'm very happy! I have just placed Hubble on the FSS.... 8)
Good idea to add new sounds, and yes, the second Shuttle made the pre-launch very cool!
Thank you very much for this gift!
I haven't checked it out yet, but including the second shuttle o0n the other pad is very much appreciated. Thanks, guys ;)

Great to read that you obviously have included the sounds. That's amazing, at least I hope so. Because I'm not yet able to have a look sadly. I had to reconfigure my entire system and lost my SSM partition (and so the activation). So I'm going to use SSM on a USB stick to avoid future activation issues. I'll get the stick hopefully tomorrow. Can't wait to check the latest SSM version :)
I just love this simulation and its progress ;)

Thanks. I did not expect that something like this happens at all. That's how a small idea becomes reality after watching a NASA clip. Thanks to you guys!
By the way, how do the sounds work? Does the sound change depending on where you are floating to (mid-deck / flight deck / Spacelab)? Do you have a short pre-information for me until I get SSM running on my new stick? ;D
Yes, of course! And they merge and mix wonderfully depending on your location. We like that very much!
