Title: Hey Gang, been a while...
Post by: bjbeard on December 04, 2008, 01:28:08 AM
I am finally getting to fly the shuttle again. I am somewhat surprised that there aren't that many more missions, but I guess the creation of missions are taking longer than they originally thought. Is there still a plan to put out a new version of SSM in 09/10? I remember a huge discussion that went back to the beta days about STS-51L and STS-107 getting simulated. What happened with that argument?

Finally, are all of the shuttle missions going to get simulated?

Again it's great to be back!

As far as I know it's all historical missions which should cover most. ;)

I think the last time it was brought up that it was said that it would be a later priority because they are focusing on real missions and I think they said it would come in a later SSM :)

That is correct.  The developers are focused on the missions and the editor is on the list but not up there. It should be loads of fun once it is launched.  No pun intended.  ;D
