Keep raising that bar.. Thats what we've come to love about you guys.

I was still bombing around on STS-124 when SP 2.11 was released. With the new effects Im gonna restart from scratch just because I can.  :D

I can still remember when I first saw the Ad for the simulator over at Flightsim.com. I got about ten seconds into the video before I was "grabbin for the plastic.." By far, the best, (and prolly the fastest  :D) $50 bones Ive ever spent game-wise.

About a week ago, I showed my eleven year old nephew "just a liftoff" just to see what someone from the "XBOX era" would think. Duly impressed, I guess its all he's been talking about since then, And then over this weekend I got.. "Uncle Benn, Can I watch you play your Space Shuttle game??" He wanted to watch (and learn) from start to finish. thats never happened ever. Now he's mad he cant get SSM on XBOX.... :D

So in a nutshell, Thank you Exciting Simulations.

I second your sentiments "USA~Driver".

It is a rare thing indeed for a software developer to show as much concern for the quality of their product as Exciting Simulations has shown for SSM2007.  The rest of the PC gaming industry would do well to take a lesson from the example being set here.

My sincere thank you to all those who have a hand in not only raising the bar but making certain that it stays up there head and shoulders above the rest.   :)

Have been having a great time with this product and appreciate all the effort that has gone into making it such a software treasure!  My hat is off to you gents (and ladies as the case may be)!

WOW! Thank YOU ALL for putting your trust in us and PAYING for the product!  In a world of low-quality payware and empty promises it took many of you a leap of faith to believe in us. Thank you again for that!

This (and our unstoppable love for the STS program and the people behind it) is what keeps us working and trying to "raise the bar" every day.

Hope software pirates won't convince us otherwise ;).

I can only agree with everything above me.
The involvement of Exciting Simulations is a rare thing in the current software world.
It would be too bad to see that disappear because of pirated versions of SSM floating around the interwebs...

You all are the most responsive software creators I've had the pleasure of being an excited user of SSM2007 (please pass on to those in your company).

I appreciate your quick responses to both our forum questions and software updates.

I've mentioned this before and again I would be interested to contribute to your continued support and new missions.  I'll bet there are others of us that feel the same way.  Hey, anybody else feel this way?

Set up an account for those of us that can support your future continuing efforts.

Thanks again.  What a great team you all are!

Peace & Health,
Peter H.

With this many updates, plus new features, you hardly see that in mainstream software companies, and we're only 3/4 of a year from the launch of SSM, pardon the pun. IMHO there are many other features yet to add ( ;) ), I mean this in a positive sense, as I'm sure it has been a technological learning curve for the Dev team, to which much praise and thanks is due to them for the efforts and patience.

PS I wouldn't call it "raising the bar" more like "raising the orbital altitude" ;)

I feel this way, and am willing to give time and effort into a simulator to this extent.  Let me know if I can help at all!

From what I see, a software pirate would not be able to get a code for this game, or it would be dang near impossible(as it runs off of PC Hardware IDs).  I don't think you have to worry about that for a long time to come.

Kinda thought that comment would get attention, Intended or not.

I say it like this: If Exciting Simulations closed up shop tomorrow, Sad as that may be I would tip my cap, Say thank you, And still consider it money well spent. I got what I paid for, So anything afterwards has been strictly a windfall.

People are talking about further support... With dozens more missions to re-create, Along with all the ' Improvements ' seems only fair to me. In the face of possibly losing everything WE built here I really don't see a choice.

What I think we all trying to say here is:
ADMIN, WE GOT YOUR BACK....

Roger that USA~Driver.

Again, same sentiments you express go for me as well.

I will continue to support Exciting Simulations, and this product, with my wallet as well as my words.

In the meantime, thanks again Exciting Simulations for your work ethic and the loyalty you show for your paying customers.  Both are outstanding and to be commended.   Nothing/Nobody can take that away from you, "the proof is in the pudding", as they say!

Some things speak for themselves, and that includes both Exciting Simulations and software pirates, respectively the good and bad extremes of the pc gaming hobby.  These things are what they are, the good and the bad.

Period.  End of story.  No room for debate or doubt.

Best Regards  :)
