any web link about where I could find/buy the full Space Shuttle manuals set ?

Any digital version available ?

You mean the real NASA manual for the real Space Shuttle?
You can find the "Shuttle Crew Operations Manual" here: https://www.nasa.gov/centers/johnson/news/flightdatafiles
Also, I recommend to check out the other files, like checklists (called "Flight Data Files"), including those from previous flights, as well as workbooks and training manuals about the various systems.
