Can someone explain this patch:

"Fixed: Activation key system changed to match the changes of RegNows serial numbering system".

an internal change in the Activation engine. doesn't really affects the game experience.

So does that mean I can install as many times on my PC or do I still only get 3 installs?

You don't need to patch anything if you've bought the retail boxed cd.

It doesn't change the license agreements or the Terms of.
It's Just something in the logic of the key generation.
