I have found a reference in several locations to a "Ascent Switch List Configuration". I assume that it is a checklist for the proper positions of all the switches prior to the astronauts entering the shuttle. I have looked, but have not been able to locate such a document. Does anyone know if such a document exists, and if so where to find it?

There is a "Switch List for Handover" in Section 9 of the "Ascent Checklist" flight data file on every flight. Flight data files from all flights since STS-114 can be found here: http://www.nasa.gov/centers/johnson/news/flightdatafiles/index.html

Thanks, that was what I was looking for.
