Real NASA Space Shuttle Missions / Re: SpaceX Readies First Dragon Spacecraft
« Last post by Forrest White on December 08, 2020, 03:18:20 PM »
How it is to know that for 2020  Dragon is the only cargo spacecraft in the world that returns cargo from the ISS to Earth. Since 2010, the ship has been launched 22 times; In total, Dragon ships delivered about 43 tons of payload to the station and returned about 33 tons to Earth. So the supplies of ISS totally depends on SpaceX company, not even NASA.

SpaceX's most notable accomplishments include a liquid-propellant launch vehicle (Falcon 1) that delivered a payload into low-earth orbit, Dragon spacecraft that was successfully launched into orbit and returned to Earth, the first private spacecraft docked to the ISS, the first in history landing of the first stage on the ground, performed after the launch of the payload into low-Earth orbit.

Hello.  I have been painstakingly accomplishing all the missions in this great sim.  Great tips on this forum as well.  I finally got past STS-125.  This sim is absolutely stunning.  I love the visuals of the orbital sunrises and sunsets.  Absolutely beautiful game.  Love the challenges in each mission also.

Still crossing my fingers for SSM2.....

When you take out the sms2 you will lose a large part of the market if you don't put the batteries.
A recommendation

Real NASA Space Shuttle Missions / Re: What after the shuttle?

I know that today the USA pays 90 million dollars to Russia to send people to ISS on Soyuz rockets. I hope with the help of SpaceX company there won't be a need for that cooperation.

Rocket building is one of the most developing industries nowadays. The space launch company makes a contribution to space exploration - today we have different launch vehicles, satellites, the third stage for cargo delivery to Leo orbit, and much more.

Real NASA Space Shuttle Missions / Re: Going to the moon
« Last post by Forrest White on October 19, 2020, 09:04:54 PM »
I don't know why everyone doubts if we could reach Moon once again. That is quite possible in today's rapidly developing world. Look what we have already achieved - we almost recreate the Iron Man universe. Every space company founders aim to develop the company to become the first one to back to Moon or reach Mars or any other planets from Solar System. For example, Elon Musk ensures to cooperate with NASA and spread Starlink all over the world to make SpaceX a recognizable company. In the UK, Skyrora company which represents a new breed of private rocket companies developing the next generation of launch vehicles for the burgeoning small satellite market has international staff members who can use other countries' space achievements and knowledge thus supporting Skyrora activities. Most of the company team has over 10 years’ experience in the aerospace sector. Of the remarkable person in Skyrora is Laura Edison. My point is that the leading companies today, need to cooperate with each other in order to back to Moon and make the first steps on other planets.

SpaceX makes huge progress in building rockets and I hope one day there won't be a need to use Soviet Soyuz rocket for space travel.
