Some Switch and circuits are looking like a dummy ?

if you would've read the FAQ, you would've seen this part:

So yes, these switches are dummies and are only a visual aid to help you find the right panel. The gauges are functional however, so you can enjoy a nice view during launch while still monitoring your systems for example :)

If you refer to the 3D Cockpit, then yes, the switches and buttons are graphics, not real 3D switches. We have discussed the possibility of adding active 3D controls in the 3DVC in another thread. Please do a search before shooting from the hip :)
