After a long struggle, STS-41c was accomplished: fantastic mission, very hard.

STS-88 completed. That was a good mission.

The grapple of the Russian module 'Zarya' was the most difficult part. I can't stress enough for all users, once you're 400ft below the Zarya Module, to have your approach speed less then 0.5 ft per second and to swap the translation jets to pulse and LOW Z mode. Then be very patient with RMS :)

Well I finally got around to doing STS-41c. I was staying away from it because there were some many horror story's about it, shoot it was a blast! ;D I had no problems and it was fun through the whole mission. Here is my proof:

STS-41c mission complete! That was great fun, although I had one or two problems during the deorbit and landing phase (entirely my own fault). I missed a couple of instructions (a RESUME command, and a missed switch), so that forced me to backtrack to a slightly earlier save. In addition, I found myself with slightly less energy than is desirable as I approached the HAC, but somehow I held it together, and made a perfect landing!

The knowledge gained during that mission (rendezvous with another orbiting object, capture using the RMS arm, EVA activities etc) will be beneficial to me in  later missions  8)

Wow, three 41c's in a row.  Just put STS 41c back on the ground five minutes ago.  Great mission!  The MMU was a absolute blast to work with.

If you liked the MMU in 41c then you'll LOVE it in the upcoming 51A ;)

STS-27 accomplished.
I was a bit lucky, because I re-grapple Lacrosse at the first try in complete darkness (no monitor, no camera functioning....), and this was, in my opinion, a medium difficulty mission, but repeat, I was lucky.
