I finally succeeded and got the badge but to do that I had to switch between patches. For those who wants to achieve it, you can follow this :

for launch and until your approach of the ISS, you can use patch 1.22, but here you got the bug of docking. Save your game, install patch 1.18 and dock. Save. Then ,back again to patch 1.22 because the bug on comm 1231. Before undocking, save, switch back to patch 1.18 because the undocking bug. After, you can stay with 1.18 for deorbit and landing (that's what I did), or change to 1.22 to follow new procedures for the end of the flight.
