Can i recieve a new key?

I cant seem to find the purchased message in my email. I remember buying sometime 2015-16 and using it on my old laptop and i just remembered about this game, and im wondering if the support team could search and retrieve the email they sent to my old email as i think it wasnt archived. the email is dong.gordo@bigpond.com.
