SpaceShuttleMission error message: Resolution change failed

When I attempt to open the program, I get "SpaceShuttleMission error message: Resolution change failed". Does anyone know of any fixes for this error?

Actually - it does not help
All it says contact somewhere for a patch to be emailed??????????
Why no simply post the patch on here for ALL who needs it to download it?
