I have such problem here. I was flying full length STS-47 mission with Endeavour and did not get the badge for completing it.
I will explain you the reason. I was landing at KSC and during touchdown hit the outside of runway with my right chassis. I trimmed the shuttle immediately with twist rudder on the joystic but got a "Landing outside runway and mission failure" screen. I loaded the pre-entry save, entered again, and already landed ideally along the runway centerline. It shows that mission complete, you may leave - but no badge again?
Can anyone please tell me where is this badge missing? Columbia and Discovery badges shows fine. Thanks.
