Alas, the 20MB file is corrupt, but the separate chapters seem to be OK ... judging by the contents, it is an old, cca '88 version of the Shuttle Manual, but still useful.

The complete (and much more recent) SCOM is in the L2 section of http://nasaspaceflight.com, which is where I found out about this program...

Yes, that L2 section appears to be quite a resource for anyone interested in Space Shuttles...
Too bad it's so darned expensive :(
