Thank you Nephi, and completed my first RMS Mission! STS-41C Grappled my first try!  ;D but not without the help of the Grapple Index Cards. Love SSM2007 & RMS

Seeing that some of you like to "make an entrance", here is a thread to keep it all and tidy where any of you can post their "I've just joined the Astronaut Candidates team", and where the old hands can say their welcomes, give a friendly pat on the shoulder, shake hands, and so on  8)

Have lots of fun!

Probably a trifle late to make my initial introductions ;)

Anyhow... I'm in QA, studied aero engineering, and have been flying simulations since 1982.

Still remember "Lightning Simulator" for the ZX48 which had analogue controls (keyboard), a gun cam, ILS, in flight refueling, and with it the (completely unreasonable) ability to fly from the UK to (say) Kuwait, and V and N limits for stores and flaps/gear.
