Oh my.  That's awesome.

The middeck, just superb.  Crosswinds are something else, once you hit 10k feet, they really start throwing the Shuttle around, you need to be ready for that.

Thanks for the Easter service pack, you guys shouldn't be working on holiday!
Finished: STS-1, STS-8, STS-41C, STS-27, STS-32, STS-31, STS-47, STS-88, STS-96, STS-93, STS-98, STS-99, STS-121, STS-401

Ya but if it gets another patch out ;)
Great job guys and via the Twitter I think I can guess the next mission. Next major feature needed is the ISS or at least SRMS controls. ;)

Thanks :)

Well, sorry to disappoint but I don't want you to have your hopes set unrealistcally high: we WON'T have any ISS or SRMS controls in this SSM version, but the upcoming mission will still have your hands full.

Yes, again another very great service pack.

Just a question : in the list of new features, I can see this point :

Added: RMS "Rate Hold" function. Toggle with the R key

Please, can somebody explain a little bit what it is exactly because I was not able to find this info in the new manual.

Thanks a lot.

It is simply when you are using the RMS and you are moving any joints say the Shoulder Pitch and you get to a comfortable speed or rate you press the R key and you can let go of all buttons and it will keep it going the same speed and direction. You can do joints at the same time to. :)

I'll be spending major time there. (Mid deck)   ;)

I've all ready spent days in the middeck, mainly making it :)

Thank you for all the comments on the middeck ;) And a big thank you to the SSM2007 Dev/GC team for allowing to to be added to the Shuttle. There will be updated middeck version later this year. Whether the SSM dev team will incorporate it, is entirely their decision ;)
