Rendezvous with 1.31

Some users reported the 1.27 issue by rendezvous (when getting in visual range) was back with 1.30. I read on Sunday in the German forum, groundcrew was working on it - on SUNDAY!!!

I've just made a perfect rendezvous from 47000ft to docking in STS-121 with 1.31.
This is a phase of the mission that I particularly enjoy. No Time Skip for me!

Incidentally, I also like this part, particularly the LOS guidance and the almost 100% possibility to dock from within the Virtual Cockpit view.
