Just one question is there a limit on how long the video can be. Mine will be around 7:00 mins long. Is this ok?

As long as it's over 2 minutes: no problem, just be careful not to overdo it.
Remember, however beautiful a rose may be, starring at it for 3 f*ing hours is just boring
