For those at the end of a mission and hopefully a good landing, you can find the post landing procedures in this NASA document. It's actually the full entry checklist and cue cards but on page 5-3, there is the post landing procedures.
The format is:
Crew member (C/P - Commander/Pilot), Panel and then the action to perform.
